The approach centres on a custom periscope opens a playful visual connection between the museum and the puppet theatre behind the scenes.
When Klaus Marschall, the head of the Augsburger Puppenkiste, turned 50, he arranged for a special present:
Using a periscope, designed by LAB BINÆR, the visitors of the puppet museum »die Kiste« are able to take a look behind the scenes of Augsburg’s cult theater stage. The museum is located in the Spitalgasse 15, on the second floor, above the marionette theater.
